Our family will be forever grateful for the compassion that Dr. Patricia and Audrey showed us when our beloved boy, Lucky, crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Lucky was always terrified at the vet’s office, and we wanted him to pass in the comfort of his own home. Audrey was so kind on the phone, and Dr. Patricia made an after-hours trip to see us. We cannot thank them enough for making his passing peaceful and painless and for being so patient and caring with us during the whole process. With the caring assistance of Paticia, Sorrow left her earthly suffering behind peacefully and quietly. The entire team was very compassionate and walked us through everything patiently. Very traumatic time for us, but we were so glad to be able to have our beloved dog Bailey have her final moments at her favourite spot in our home. Dr. Khor visited our home twice and it both cases we were extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and care she provided for our pet.
